She hadn't been able to eat any of it for several years, being a type 1 diabetic.Near the end, her Doctor said she should enjoy whatever she wanted. When she mentioned how she liked them to us, we immediately had this shipped to her, in hospice.We know she enjoyed them, and was sharing them with others.These mints are very good! They are great for an after meal treat!My husband took delivery of the box directly from the delivery man, but some of the mints were still melted. I assume it was from being left in the truck while doing other deliveries. Otherwise, the product arrived promptly and tastes great.These little mints pack a powerhouse of flavor!These are wonderful mints. Not much more to say about it.....If they arrive melted like some reviewers say, try not to order them in the warmer months.....duh.If you are trying to avoid big desserts to control calories, one or two of these will finish of a meal without too many calories.These arrived and I got them inside immediately, so they weren’t sitting out.The chocolate is *so* dried out and stale I started to eat one in low light and immediately spit it out. I don’t know how/why, but these are so pale and crumbly I can’t imagine how old they must be. I wish I’d sent them back in the 30 day limit, but at first didn’t feel like it was worth the hassle. Now I wish I had instead of them taking my money for old inedible candy.
